In most cases, it should be OK, particularly if you are using EMDROPS as a water enhancer. That’s because use of EMDROPS involves adding just a few drops to your drinking water, which results in healthy levels of minerals that are often found in natural sources of drinking water.

However, if you are using EMDROPS in larger quantities as a mineral supplement, you should always read the labels and use directions of all the supplements to make sure you are not combining inappropriately. For example, it does not make sense to use EMDROPS as a mineral supplement, while taking another calcium/magnesium supplement. Similarly, it may not be useful to add EMDROPS to a beverage that is already rich in calcium and magnesium. It is also best to avoid taking a calcium-magnesium supplement at the same time as an iron supplement, because calcium and magnesium may compete with, and reduce the absorption of iron.
