1. EMDROPS provides minerals that are more easily absorbed than typical tablets and capsules. So you need relatively less.

2. There is a limit to how much the body can absorb at a time, particularly for minerals such as calcium and magnesium. If you add too much, some proportion will usually pass through without absorption and go to waste.

3. If you add too much, your beverage may become unpalatable.
